Editing Blog
The first thing I did to edit my commercial, was transport all the videos on my phone to my computer. This is where I edit many silly youtube videos my sisters and I have made, so I have all my editing software on here. Once I was done getting the videos onto my computer, I put them all in the commercial in the correct order. I had about 5 minutes of film, because of how many times we reshot each scene. I spent about an hour cutting each scene to fit the perfect length. I unfortunately had to cut many shots out entirely since I could not fit it in the time slot. After this, my commercial was all ready for the best part of editing, effects. I spent another hour adding the needed effects to my commercial. Specifically, I needed to portray that my product made the park a more colorful place, so on half of my scenes, I put the Black & White filter on.
